Daily live class with Esther Ekhart

Join Esther and our EkhartYoga community from around the world, and practice some gentle movement and meditation together. 

Classes are live weekdays 17.00 CET / 8:00 PDT / 11:00 EDT on the EkhartYoga YouTube channel. Classes are about 30  minutes and you can also watch them after we're live.
